We are hiring International Voice Process Executives to support US Motor Vehicle Insurance customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with insurance-related queries, generating qualified sales leads, and providing high-quality service.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a solid willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for US motor vehicle insurance process
Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calling and follow-ups
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs
Explain insurance coverage, guidelines, and documentation clearly
Maintain qualified communication and ensure customer satisfaction
Record and update call details accurately in the system
Follow company compliance and quality standards
Work with internal teams for issue resolution when required
Achieve targets related to quality, productivity, and sales conversion

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
