Job Description – Sales Roles

We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions in the Real Estate Sales team.

Open Positions
Sales Executive – Freshers
Sales Manager – 1 to 1.5 years of experience
Senior Sales Manager – 2 to 3 years of experience

Location

Kelambakkam, Chennai

Experience

Fresher (Minimum 3 months experience preferred) to 3 years

Salary & Advantages
CTC: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Travel Allowance: ₹1,500 to ₹2,000 per month
Attractive performance-based incentives

Incentive Structure
Freshers: Minimum incentive of ₹10,000
Experienced Candidates: ₹20 per sq. ft.
Incentives may vary depending on the plot size and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide complete information about real estate projects and properties.
Conduct field sales activities and client meetings.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.




Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling and sales closure.

Mandatory Requirements
Must be fluent in Tamil.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working in field sales.
Strong interest in sales and business development.
Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.

Face-to-Face Interview
Candidates should be comfortable attending the interview in person.
