Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
Prepare and verify GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Handle GST return preparation, reconciliation, and documentation.
Prepare and maintain TDS workings, deductions, challans, and returns.
Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer reconciliation.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports, and expense statements.
Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with vendors/customers for settlement.
Verify invoices, bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
Maintain proper documentation for internal and statutory audits.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions and maintain data accuracy.
Assist in budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis.




Maintain proper records of fixed assets and other company-related financial documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Support management with financial information and accounting-related analysis.
Perform other accounting and finance activities as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Robust knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
