Role: Fast Food Chef – Café
Experience: 2–5 years in fast food / café operations
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries, pizzas, snacks and other fast-food items.
Handle daily mise en place and food preparation.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
Follow standard recipes, portion control and food-cost guidelines.
Manage food preparation during busy café hours.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.
Monitor stock and minimize food wastage.
Assist in menu planning and introduce recent rapid-food items.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of rapid food preparation and cooking techniques.
Good plating and presentation skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Creative and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
