Job Title: Jewelry Consultant

Reports To: Store Manager / Sales Manager
Job Summary:The Jewelry Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting fine jewelry, educating them about products, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding the company’s standards of excellence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customers’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
Demonstrate detailed product knowledge, including gemstones, precious metals, designs, and craftsmanship.
Ensure accurate billing, packaging, and documentation of all sales transactions.
Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain the display counters and ensure all jewelry items are properly handled and presented.
Assist with stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment.
Stay updated with current jewelry trends and product launches.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.




Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in jewelry retail or luxury sales (freshers with valuable communication skills may be considered).
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
Attention to detail and good product presentation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (POS system, MS Office).
Polished, professional appearance and positive attitude.

Work Workplace:
Retail store setting (may include weekends, holidays, and extended hours).
Standing for extended periods may be required.
