We are hiring an experienced Safety Engineer / HSE Engineer for a hospital construction project in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor project HSE procedures.
Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
Carry out risk assessments and implement control measures.
Monitor PPE, work permits and safe work practices.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain HSE reports, records and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with contractors to maintain site safety standards.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of construction safety experience.
Hospital / Healthcare Project experience preferred.
ADIS / NEBOSH certification preferred.
Solid knowledge of construction safety and HSE practices.
Good communication, reporting and coordination skills.
