Key Responsibilities
Manage the Manager's calendar and schedule meetings, ensuring timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and follow up on action items arising from meetings.
Log, track, and follow up on customer enquiries.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, production) to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
Consolidate and maintain technical, commercial, and quality-related documents.
Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and audit-ready.
Support quality control processes through proper record-keeping and documentation practices.
Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects/products.
Assist in preparation, compilation, and timely submission of tender documents.
Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to gather inputs for tenders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering




Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (manufacturing, EPC, power, or industrial equipment sector preferred)
Prior exposure to Quality processes, technical documentation, BOM preparation, and tender documentation
Robust organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with e-tendering portals (GeM, CPP Portal, or similar) is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
