Design Architect

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to contribute to residential, commercial, and interior design projects.

Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts, technical drawings, 3D models, and client presentations.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor project execution.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, and architectural details.
Ensure adherence to design standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
Solid knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, materials, and detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent creativity, communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
Experience in residential or luxury design is preferred.
