Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Jewellery Design, CAD Design.
Job Description
Lead and supervise the Jewellery CAD department and its daily operations.
Plan, allocate, and monitor CAD projects to ensure timely completion.
Establish department goals, performance standards, and productivity targets.
Manage workload distribution and resource planning.

Technology & Process Improvement
Customer & Business Support
Experience in jewellery CAD designing preferred.
