Measure the percentage of the actual yield compared to the theoretical yield for a given batch. Higher batch yields indicate better production efficiency.
Monitor the quality of the produced batches through parameters such as purity, stability, and adherence to specifications.
Monitor the number of safety incidents in the production area to ensure a protected working workplace.
Measure the efficiency of raw material usage in the production process.
Measure the time it takes to complete a production cycle. Shorter cycle times often indicate improved efficiency.
Monitor the cost of production per unit of the product to ensure profitability.




Measure the productivity of the production team by assessing the amount of output per unit of labour.
Ensure that products are delivered to customers according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Measure how quickly raw materials are converted into finished goods and sold.
Track the proper disposal of waste materials and adherence to environmental regulations.
