Job Description – Architect

Position: Architect
Experience: 3–4 Years

Responsibilities
Handle architectural design, drawings, and project planning.
Work on bioclimatic and sustainable architecture projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal team.
Visit and coordinate at project sites as required.
Prepare design presentations and working drawings.
Ensure projects are completed as per requirements and timelines.

Requirements
B.Arch degree.
3–4 years of experience in architecture.
Experience in bioclimatic architecture is preferred.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to relocate to project locations as per project requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
