Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining service standards across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall property operations.
Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B; teams.
Ensure smooth guest experience and service quality.
Handle guest concerns and operational issues.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, and property performance.
Train and guide staff to achieve operational goals.

Requirements
5–8 years of hotel operations experience.
Front Office background preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to independently manage hotel operations.

Preferred Profile

Candidates currently working as Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, or Property Manager in hotels or resorts.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
