Job Summary

Total yrs of Exp- 10+

Own configuration, testing, and support of Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management modules.
Configure time entry, overtime, accruals, holiday calendars, and leave types.
Support global/local policies for absence and attendance.
Robust experience in business process configuration.
Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate time-off and leave data.
Develop time and absence reports for compliance and auditing.
Test and support quarterly updates.
Reporting and EIB

Key Responsibilities
To architect| design and develop [through team] solution for product / sustenance delivery.




To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with recent technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
