Key Responsibilities

● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

● Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

● Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews with candidates.

● Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

● Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

● Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment records.

● Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.

● Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines.

● Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

● Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.





.Candidate Profile

● Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.

● Qualification: Graduation

● Good verbal and written communication skills.

● Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills.

● Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.

● Positive follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

● Proactive attitude with good interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
