? HIRING | AI CREATIVE OPERATOR ? Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

We are looking for an AI Creative Operator to join our team and take ownership of creative production across social media, editorial, website and performance advertising channels .

This is a hands-on production role focused on using AI and design tools to transform existing photography and campaigns into multiple high-quality, on-brand creative formats quickly and efficiently.

? Key Responsibilities Creative Production – Primary

- Resize and reformat existing photography and videos for Instagram Feed, Stories, Reels, WhatsApp Catalogue, website banners and print/in-store collateral
- Use generative AI tools such as Photoshop Generative Fill, Higgsfield, Midjourney and Firefly for background changes, retouching and asset creation
- Build and maintain reusable templates and workflows
- Create multiple creative variants with different hooks, colours, CTAs and copy overlays for performance ad testing
- Iterate creative based on performance and engagement
- Ensure every output follows the brand's visual identity and guidelines

AI Copy Generation – Secondary

- Create first drafts of product descriptions and PDP (Product Detail Page) copy using AI tools
- Develop first-draft website and campaign copy for review by the marketing team
- Work with product attributes such as fabric, fit, collar type and occasion
- Identify where AI-generated content requires human refinement before publishing





? What We're Looking For ✅ 2–4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Digital Creative Production or a related field ✅ Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop ✅ Experience with at least one generative AI image tool — Higgsfield / Midjourney / Firefly ✅ Comfortable working with Claude or similar AI tools for content and copy generation ✅ Strong eye for brand consistency and visual quality

✅ Understanding of apparel-specific details such as fabric, texture, drape and fit ✅ Experience with performance ad creatives, CTR, creative testing and creative fatigue is a strong plus

✅ Copywriting skills are an advantage but not mandatory

✅ Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable building repeatable creative workflows and templates ?️ TOOLS

- Implement templated workflows for Social, Ads and PDP visuals
- Establish a working AI-powered product copy pipeline
- Deliver the first round of performance advertising creative variants
- Improve creative production speed while maintaining strong brand consistency and quality
