About the Role

We are looking for an AI / Data Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, RAG, Python, SQL, and Data Analytics.

The candidate will be responsible for building AI-powered solutions, working with large datasets, integrating LLMs with databases and APIs, and developing intelligent data-driven systems.

Must-Have Technical Skills

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and integrate RAG-based AI applications.




- Connect LLMs with SQL databases, APIs, and structured/unstructured data.
- Build reliable AI systems that retrieve relevant data and generate accurate responses.
- Work with both commercial and open-source AI models and select the appropriate model for each requirement.
- Develop AI Agents capable of using tools, APIs, databases, and business logic.
- Analyze and prepare large datasets for AI/ML applications.
- Develop data-driven prediction and recommendation models.
- Write optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases.
- Build data pipelines and workflows required for AI applications.
- Evaluate and improve AI response accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Explore and implement fine-tuning/training of open-source models where required.
- Work with development teams to integrate AI solutions into existing applications.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in AI / Data Analytics / Machine Learning.
- Strong programming and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proven hands-on experience with RAG-based applications.
- Good understanding of databases, APIs, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and AI application architecture.
- Ability to learn and work with new AI models and frameworks quickly.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate real working AI/RAG/Agent projects during the interview.
