Experience

- Experience, academic exposure, or strong interest in software development
- Experience, academic exposure, or solid interest in cloud technologies
- Experience, academic exposure, or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence
- 70% Solution Development, Testing & Implementation
- 15% Operational Support
- 10% Solution Design & Technical Learning
- 5% Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration

Qualification

- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
- Agile Fundamentals

Responsibilities

- Develop, test, implement, and support solutions built on AWS and other cloud technologies
- Build integrations between
- Deliver AI-powered capabilities including AI Agents, Agent Assist, RAG solutions, translation services, and workflow automation
- Support the development and testing of Generative AI and LLM solutions
- Assist with prompt engineering, knowledge bases, AI orchestration, and conversational AI use cases
- Contribute to experimentation, prototyping, and evaluation of new AI capabilities
- Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Support deployment, release, and operational activities




- Assist in diagnosing and resolving production issues
- Contribute to technical documentation and support materials
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, BAU specialists, and Service desk operational teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demonstrations
- Continuously develop technical expertise in AWS, AI technologies, and software engineering practices

Additional Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot defects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow engineering standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines
