Role Overview

We are looking for a Test Automation / Quality Engineering skilled who can validate and automate AI-powered Payments workflows across reconciliation, audit, financial analytics, payment routing, and incident automation.

The role requires strong experience in test automation, API/integration testing, Payments/FinTech systems, and Python/Java, with an interest or hands-on exposure to GenAI, LLMs, and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement automated testing strategies for AI-powered Payments workflows.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java and/or Python.
- Perform API, integration, functional, regression, end-to-end, and data validation testing.
- Test payment processing, reconciliation, settlement, transaction, and financial workflows.
- Validate AI/agentic workflows for accuracy, reliability, consistency,



and failure scenarios.
- Test LLM-powered applications for:

Hallucinations and incorrect outputs

Prompt and response behavior

Tool/function calling

Agent workflow failures

Data accuracy and consistency

Human-in-the-loop approval scenarios
- Develop automated test suites for workflows built using n8n or equivalent workflow engines.
- Validate integrations across internal/external APIs, data pipelines, reporting systems, and payment platforms.
- Build test strategies for multi-agent and AI orchestration systems.
- Perform negative testing and identify AI failure modes in high-risk financial processes.
- Validate audit
