AI/ML, etc.) We are seeking As an Agentic AI Developer, design, develop, and deploy intelligent, agentic systems using LangChain, Azure AI Services,



and LLM orchestration frameworks. Also collaborate with architects, data scientists, and cloud engineers to build enterprise-grade AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with business systems using Azure AI Foundry and OpenAI models.

Job Role and Experience

- Proven track record of deploying AI agents for multiple business clients, preferably within

consulting or solution delivery organizations.
- Strong knowledge and practical use of Microsoft AI ecosystem – e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio,

Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI agent Service, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure ML, Power Automate, Power Apps with AI Builder, Graph APIs etc.
- Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory), C#/R & associated AI libraries, with

experience in prompt engineering and model orchestration.

- Design and develop AI agentic systems leveraging LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and Autogen

for orchestrating multi-agent workflows.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns using Azure AI Search, Azure

OpenAI, and vector databases.
- Develop APIs and microservices that expose LLM-based capabilities to business systems.
- Integrate with Azure Functions, App Services, and App Insights for serverless deployment

and observability.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI Service (Document Intelligence, Vision, Search, Speech, Language, AI

Foundry) into AI workflows.
- Good to have - Fine-tune or embedded models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and custom vector

embeddings.




- Build end-to-end AI pipelines connecting enterprise data (PDFs, SharePoint, SQL, Blob

Storage) to OpenAI GPT models.
- Develop and operationalize prompt templates, memory management, and context

persistence for conversational AI.
- Good to have: Use Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines and MLOps

integration.
- Apply AI Design Patterns such as RAG, Toolformer, and Agentic Planning.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform (good to have).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work directly with

enterprise clients.
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric are a plus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ML Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers) to

integrate AI agents into enterprise products.
- Customer facing - good communication, presentation and teamwork skills overall.
- People skill – has worked independently on projects or as part of small consulting teams
- Should be self-driven and organized person with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-

paced, high-pressure setting
- Has strong communication skills as the profile requires interactions with senior customer

stakeholder
- Believes in quality deliverables that are on-time
- Is willing to travel on short notice for domestic as well as international engagements
- Is willing to relocate within India.
