Position: Agriculture Sourcing & Natural Raw Material Manager

Department: Supply Chain / Procurement / Operations

Reporting To: Supply chain

Location: Plant / Field-based (Extensive travel)

Regional Knowledge: Most crops are based in Tamilnadu & Bangalore so a tamil person is required, if knowing Tamil + kannad language will be an advantage

Role Purpose:

Will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sustainable sourcing of herbs, seeds, and botanical raw materials required for plant extract production, including sourcing from non-traditional crop-growing regions to ensure supply continuity, quality compliance, and cost stability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop farmers, traders and cooperative networks
- Maintain crop yield, availability, seasonality, and price database
- Forecast supply risks and shortages
- Ensure raw material meets quality specifications




- Support traceability and audit readiness (Wherever Applicable)
- Maintain crop-wise risk register
- Mitigate climate and supply risks

Qualifications & ; Experience:

- B.Sc / M.Sc Agriculture, Botany, Horticulture or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in herbal / botanical sourcing
- Local language

- Solid Local communication skills
- Visiting farms regularly in the crop growing areas
- Collect information about the situation of tuber or seeds field during
