Job Role

- Financial Advisor Recruitment & Training Executive

- Recruit and onboard new Financial Advisors for the company.

- Support new advisors in completing the required IC33 examination.

- Assist advisors with the process of obtaining current licenses for the company.

- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and guidance to Financial Advisors.

- Conduct training sessions to improve advisors' product knowledge and sales capabilities.

- Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives.

- Monitor advisor performance and provide regular guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

Advisor Recruitment

- Identify and recruit potential Financial Advisors.

- Conduct initial discussions and explain the role and requirements.

- Support newly recruited advisors throughout the onboarding process.

- Maintain records of recruited and active advisors.

Licensing & Examination

- Guide Financial Advisors in completing the IC33 examination.

- Assist advisors with the required documentation and licensing process.





- Coordinate the process of obtaining new licenses for the company.

Product Training

- Provide detailed product knowledge to Financial Advisors.

- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and selling points.

- Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing advisors.

- Resolve advisors' product-related queries.

Sales Team Training & Mentoring

- Train and mentor the sales team to improve their performance.

- Motivate advisors to achieve sales and business targets.

- Provide continuous guidance and feedback.

- Monitor advisor performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Encourage the team to develop effective customer-handling and sales skills.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong training and mentoring abilities.

- Ability to recruit and motivate Financial Advisors.

- Good understanding of financial/insurance products.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
