Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop the Health Agency sales channel.
- Recruit, onboard and manage insurance agents/advisors.
- Drive business through the agency channel and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Generate new business and ensure business growth from existing agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
- Conduct regular field visits, sales meetings and agent engagement activities.
- Monitor team/agent productivity and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
- Provide product training and sales support to agents.
- Ensure proper follow-up, documentation and policy issuance.




- Focus on customer acquisition, retention and cross-selling of insurance products.
- Maintain regular MIS and sales reports.

Candidate Profile:
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience in General Insurance / Health Insurance / Life Insurance / Agency Sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Agency Channel / Advisor Handling / Insurance Sales will be preferred.
- Solid sales, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Should have good local market knowledge.
- Age should be below 38 years.
