Digitoonz is looking for a talented and detail-oriented After Effects Artist with strong expertise in Rotoscopy, Compositing, and VFX. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects and a working knowledge of Toon Boom Harmony.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality rotoscopy, masking and clean-up using Adobe After Effects.
- Create and integrate VFX, compositing and motion graphics for animation projects.
- Handle tracking, keying and compositing while maintaining visual consistency.
- Work with Toon Boom Harmony as part of animation and compositing workflows.
- Collaborate with animation, layout and production teams.
- Follow established production pipelines and naming conventions.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.
- Troubleshoot technical and creative issues during production.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of Rotoscopy, Compositing, Tracking,
Keying and Clean-up.
- Working knowledge of Toon Boom Harmony.
- Understanding of VFX workflows and animation production pipelines.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or related design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts or a related field.
- Experience in animation series, films or VFX projects.
- Knowledge of colour correction, lighting and rendering.
- Exposure to international animation production standards will be an advantage.
