Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and support key human resource initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, talent development, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The role will drive people processes and HR programs that support business growth while fostering a high-performance and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to understand workforce requirements and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support manpower planning and workforce forecasting to meet current and future talent needs.
- Lead recruitment activities for engineering, manufacturing, operations, corporate, and support functions.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Facilitate performance management processes, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning discussions.
- Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance technical, functional, and leadership capabilities.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and people-related matters.
- Support organization design, workforce restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Drive internal communication initiatives to strengthen employee connect and organizational alignment.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, etc.) for effective execution of HR programs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support organizational priorities and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role.
- Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial, Technology, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
