Key Responsibilities

AEM Solution Architecture & Development

- Design and architect scalable, enterprise-grade AEM solutions across AEM Sites and related Experience Cloud integrations
- Lead end-to-end implementation of AEM-based digital experience platforms
- Define reusable component, template, and content architecture strategies
- Design content models, editable templates, workflows, and MSM structures
- Drive best practices across AEM architecture, development, governance, and deployment

Enterprise Integrations

- Architect integrations between AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud platforms such as:

- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

- Adobe Target

- Adobe Analytics
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (good to have)

- Adobe Workfront
- Design APIs and middleware integrations between AEM and external enterprise systems
- Support headless and hybrid CMS implementation approaches

Front-End & Full-Stack Collaboration

- Work closely with UI/UX, development, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Support development and implementation of responsive and accessible web experiences
- Enable component-driven and reusable development approaches

Cloud & DevOps

- Support AEM as a Cloud Service implementations and deployment models
- Define CI/CD approaches and deployment strategies using Adobe Cloud Manager
- Collaborate on environment strategy, code quality standards, and release management processes

Performance, SEO & Accessibility

- Drive web performance optimization strategies including caching, CDN, dispatcher, and SEO best practices
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Support scalable governance models for enterprise web operations





Consulting & Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, roadmaps, and implementation strategies
- Participate in architecture reviews, solution workshops, and technical discussions
- Mentor junior developers and support delivery governance across projects

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

- 5–8 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

- Strong expertise in

- AEM Sites
- AEM Components, Templates, and Workflows

- Editable Templates
- MSM / Multi-site Management

- Sling Models

- OSGi

- HTL / Sightly

- Java

- REST APIs

- JCR
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service

- Robust understanding of

- Adobe Dispatcher

- CDN strategies

- Performance optimization

- SEO implementation

- Accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience designing scalable reusable component architectures
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Good to Have

- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

- Knowledge of headless CMS architecture and API-driven delivery
