Advocate - Legal Liaisoning

We are looking for an experienced Advocate Legal Liaisoning to handle legal, liaisoning, registration and documentation-related matters for our real estate projects. Candidates with prior experience in a Real Estate / Construction company will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle liaisoning work with government, municipal and revenue authorities.
- Handle property registration and related documentation with concerned authorities.
- Prepare and review agreements, deeds, notices and other legal documents.
- Handle drafting and conveyancing related to real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, advocates, authorities and internal teams.
- Handle Civil Court matters, including coordination, documentation and case follow-ups.
- Conduct property title/document verification and due diligence.
- Assist in land, development, property and real estate-related legal matters.
- Coordinate for permissions, approvals, NOCs and statutory documentation.
- Maintain legal records,



case files and registration-related documents.
- Provide legal support to the management and project teams on day-to-day real estate matters.
- Handle other legal and compliance matters related to the real estate sector as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction company preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property law, real estate documentation, registration and conveyancing.
- Experience in liaisoning with government/revenue/municipal authorities.
- Valuable drafting, documentation and legal research skills.
- Knowledge of Civil Court procedures and litigation coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client coordination skills.
- Good follow-up, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate: Advocate with hands-on experience in real estate legal matters, liaisoning, registration, conveyancing, property documentation and civil court work.
