After successfully building multiple products, including AI discovery tools, AI companion apps, and AI hardware. We're now launching Aadhunik AI Academy, a hands-on, in-person AI training center, with our first location opening in Chandigarh next month.

Role Description The Admissions Counselor at Aadhunik AI will guide prospective learners through the admissions process for AI-related programs and offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations with prospective learners, explaining program details, and providing personalized guidance on course selection.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of applicant interactions, following up with leads, supporting enrollment targets,



and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to improve outreach and learner experience.

The Admissions

Counselor will also participate in events, information sessions, and campus activities that promote Aadhunik AI’s programs and community.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide clear, patient, and solution-oriented support throughout the admissions journey.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, articulate program value, and support enrollment goals in an ethical and learner-focused manner.
- Candidates should possess Education-related skills or experience, such as academic counseling, training, or advising, to guide learners in choosing suitable programs.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education, business, psychology, or a related field.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with CRM or admissions management systems, basic understanding of AI or technology education,



and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, handle multiple inquiries simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound leads (DMs, calls, form submissions) and follow up promptly
- Counsel prospective students on course options based on their goals and background
- Conduct and convert demo sessions
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM
- Meet monthly enrollment targets
- Coordinate with the academic team on batch schedules and student onboarding

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or admissions (ed-tech or coaching institute background preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi
- Comfortable with target-based, phone-heavy work
- Based in Chandigarh/Tricity or willing to relocate
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
