Role & responsibilities

- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls from students and parents.
- Counsel students for NEET/JEE and other educational programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve assigned sales and admission targets.
- Maintain skilled communication with students and parents.
- Handle approximately 8 hours of calling per day.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the admission process.

Salary & Perks Salary for freshers - 20k Inhand

Experience Upto - 36k Inhand

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate or above.
- Graduate freshers also can apply
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Counselling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Education Sales,



Admission Counselling, or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong convincing, interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Education/Sales background will be preferred.
