As a Business Development Executive in the Academy Division, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities within the educational sector. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, establish partnerships, and implement effective strategies to promote our academy's programs and services. Your role is crucial in expanding our reach, building lasting relationships, and ensuring the success of our academy division.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and opportunities in the education sector.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market demands to create competitive advantage.

Business Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and areas for expansion.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, government agencies,



and other stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the academy division.

Proposal Creation and Presentation:

- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential partners and clients.
- Customize presentations according to the needs and requirements of different prospects.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable outcomes for the organization.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,456.40 - ₹23,000.00 per month
