Key Responsibilities :

Admissions & Student Counselling

- Counsel students and parents on programmes, career pathways, and admissions.
- Manage student enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and conversions.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and student interactions.
- Build solid relationships with prospective students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Drive enrolment and conversion targets while ensuring a positive student experience.

Outreach & Institutional Engagement

- Plan and execute school visits, workshops, career sessions, fairs, and other outreach initiatives.
- Generate and nurture prospective student leads through school and institutional engagement.
- Track leads, outreach activities, conversions, and market feedback.

Candidate Requirements :

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Passionate about working with students and the education sector.
- Strong counselling, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with targets, field visits, and external stakeholder engagement.
- Prior experience in education, admissions, counselling, sales, or outreach will be an advantage.
