Job Opening: Hospital Administrator — Om Hospital Location: suryapet Employment type: Full-time, on-site Reports to: Management / Director Salary: Specify range 20000 to 30000 per month, based on experience About the Role Om Hospital is looking for a driven, field-ready Hospital Administrator to run day-to-day operations while actively growing the hospital's reach in surrounding rural areas. This is a hands-on role that blends internal management with outreach and business development. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind a desk and out in the field building relationships with rural practitioners.

Key Responsibilities Hospital Management & Operations Oversee daily administration, staff coordination, and smooth functioning of all departments Manage patient flow, front-office operations, and service quality Handle vendor coordination, supplies, and basic facility management Maintain records, reports, and compliance requirements Rural RMP Engagement Plan and conduct regular meetings with Rural Medical Practitioners (RMPs)



in the catchment area Build and maintain strong referral relationships with RMPs and rural clinics Act as the hospital's point of contact for the rural practitioner network Health Camps Organize and execute rural and community health camps end-to-end Coordinate logistics, staff, equipment, and follow-up for each camp Track camp outcomes and convert screenings into hospital footfall Business Development Drive patient acquisition and grow the hospital's presence across nearby towns and villages Identify partnership and tie-up opportunities (clinics, labs, corporates, insurers) Set and work toward monthly outreach and revenue targets RequirementsBachelor's / Master's degree (MBA in Hospital Administration / MHA / MHM preferred, or equivalent experience) experience in hospital administration, healthcare operations, or medical business development Strong communication skills; comfortable conducting meetings and speaking with rural practitioners Fluency in Telugu (spoken) and working English; Hindi is a plus Willingness to travel locally for meetings and camps Two-wheeler / own transport preferred for field work What We Offer[Competitive salary incentives on outreach / business targets] A role with real ownership and field impact Chance to grow with an expanding rural healthcare network
