MEP Engineer – Civil Construction

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with a robust background in civil construction to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on-site. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience coordinating MEP execution alongside civil works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) installation works at site alongside civil construction activities
Coordinate HVAC, fire fighting, electrical, and plumbing systems with subcontractors and vendors
Review and interpret MEP drawings, ensure execution aligns with approved designs and IS codes
Liaise closely with civil/structural teams to identify and resolve clashes between MEP and civil works
Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and testing of MEP installations
Prepare and update MEP progress reports, material requirements, and BOQs




Monitor adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and statutory compliance
Coordinate procurement and delivery of MEP materials with the purchase team
Troubleshoot on-site MEP issues and provide timely resolutions
Supervise and guide MEP technicians/supervisors in office
Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for approvals/inspections as required

Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5 years of hands-on MEP experience in civil/building construction projects
Solid knowledge of HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and electrical systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP/AutoCAD drawings
Valuable understanding of IS codes, safety norms, and quality standards
Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple contractors/vendors
Willingness to work on-site full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
