We are looking for a Business Analyst – Telecaller to connect with students, research scholars, and professionals and understand their academic and research requirements. The candidate will communicate with clients, explain our services, and coordinate with the internal team to ensure proper support.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing clients through phone calls and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements related to PhD, research, publication, and academic services.
Explain company services clearly and professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update enquiry details.
Coordinate with the research and technical teams based on client requirements.
Prepare and maintain basic reports of calls, enquiries, and conversions.
Build good relationships with clients and provide timely responses.
Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Solid customer handling and follow-up skills.
Basic analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to learn about research and academic services.
Preferred Qualification
B.E./B.Tech / MBA candidates with positive communication and client-handling skills are preferred.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
