Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and software performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OutSystems.
Experience in designing and developing custom software components using up-to-date frameworks.
Robust understanding of agile software development methodologies and practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control systems.
Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OutSystems.
