Monitor daily work of housekeeping staff, assign duties, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Organize shifts, arrange replacements during absences, and coordinate large cleaning projects.
Train current staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and maintenance standards.
Inspect common area and facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
onitor and replenish cleaning supplies, equipment, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
Respond to client/resident complaints, handle special requests, and maintain satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
