Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js
Build and optimize server-side rendering / API routes using Next.js
Design productive MongoDB schemas, write optimized queries, and manage database performance
Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling practices
Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to integrate backend services
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices

Required Skills
2+ years of professional experience in backend development
Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
Working experience with Next.js (API routes, SSR/ISR concepts)
Solid understanding of MongoDB (schema design, aggregation pipelines,



indexing)
Valuable understanding of RESTful API design principles
Experience with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, sessions)
Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows
Understanding of server-side concepts: caching, middleware, error handling, security best practices
Basic knowledge of deployment/hosting environments (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar)

Valuable to Have
Experience with TypeScript
Familiarity with Docker or containerization
Exposure to microservices architecture
Knowledge of Redis or other caching layers
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with GraphQL

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
