Job Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyze data from different departments.
Maintain accurate records and databases using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Monitor daily operational data and highlight discrepancies or deviations.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect pending or required information.
Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to management.
Maintain and update various trackers related to operations, employees, projects, sales, attendance, expenses, or other business activities.
Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and other tools.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of MIS records.




Provide data and reports to management for decision-making.
Follow up with concerned teams for corrections, missing data, and pending reports.
Perform other reporting and coordination activities assigned by management.

Required Skills
Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including:
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
SUMIF / COUNTIF
IF formulas
Data validation and conditional formatting
Charts and dashboards
Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
Solid data analysis and reporting skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Robust follow-up and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
