About the Role
We are looking for a Hard-Core Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, and Sales Conversion. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, target-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.

JUSTDIAL / INDIAMART EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Cold Calling.
JUSTDIAL or INDIAMART experience is highly preferred.
Proven ability to generate leads through outbound calling.
Solid communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Experience in B2B/B2C sales or lead generation is an advantage.
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
