Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring for all departments and locations.
Coordinate interviews, candidate selection, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for monthly payroll processing.
Monitor employee performance, discipline, and workplace issues.
Handle employee grievances and HR-related concerns.
Ensure proper onboarding and induction of recent employees.
Coordinate employee transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
Maintain HR policies and ensure employees follow company procedures.
Coordinate with management and outlet/central kitchen teams regarding manpower requirements.
Monitor staffing requirements and ensure timely deployment of employees.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare regular HR reports, manpower reports, attendance reports, and recruitment updates.
Support employee engagement, training, and development activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
