Stock Keeper – Cafe & Centralized Kitchen

We are looking for a responsible and organized Stock Keeper to manage inventory for our cafe and centralized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and check incoming food, beverage, packaging, and supplies.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
Follow FIFO/FEFO for proper stock rotation.
Ensure proper storage of dry, chilled, and frozen items.
Issue stock to the kitchen and café as per requirements.
Monitor expiry dates, wastage, and stock levels.
Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the store.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, bakery, or central kitchen preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory/stock management.
Valuable organizational and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.30 - ₹25,000.78 per month
