Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Production Officer to oversee and support daily production operations in our manufacturing unit. Candidates with experience in the Nutraceutical or Herbal industry will be preferred. Freshers with a keen interest in manufacturing and production processes are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities in the manufacturing unit.
Ensure production processes are carried out efficiently and according to established procedures.
Monitor manpower, machinery, and material utilization during production.
Maintain production records and reports accurately.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with quality, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.




Assist in achieving production targets within the specified timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in production operations.
Experience in the Nutraceutical/Herbal industry will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to work.
