Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our F&B; team. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of beverages, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant/bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Maintain excellent knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
Take beverage orders and provide recommendations to guests when required.
Ensure proper presentation, garnishing, and consistency of all drinks.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.
Handle bar equipment and glassware carefully and responsibly.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol-service guidelines.




Provide excellent guest service and handle guest requests professionally.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, café, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable grooming and a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills
Cocktail-making and mixology knowledge.
Knowledge of bar inventory and cost control.
Guest-handling and upselling skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
