Job Summary

We are looking for a System Administrator – Windows & SQL with hands-on experience in Windows Server and MS SQL Server administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, storage, backup and security.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows Servers – Physical & Virtual
Administer and monitor MS SQL Server
Perform patch management, server hardening and security updates
Monitor server/database logs, performance and system health
Manage LUN, NFS, iSCSI and storage
Handle Windows & Storage clustering and server migration
Perform backup, restore and disaster recovery
Manage users, groups, access and privileges
Troubleshoot DNS, FTP, SSH, NFS and Microsoft Exchange
Perform VAPT remediation and resolve security/audit observations
Prepare RCA reports and technical documentation




Coordinate with Microsoft/OEM support for critical issues

2+ years of relevant experience in Windows & SQL Administration
Enterprise / Banking / Data Center experience preferred
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Must be willing to work from Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Education

Graduate / Diploma / BE / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related field.

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
