Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and customer-focused senior process associates to join our International Voice Process. The role involves handling international customers, resolving broadband/Wi-Fi-related queries, providing excellent service support, and identifying opportunities for internet/broadband upselling.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls from international/US clients.
Understand and resolve customer queries related to broadband, Wi-Fi, and internet services.
Provide professional and customer-focused service assistance.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband products or plans.
Pitch and upsell internet/broadband products and services.
Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
Achieve assigned productivity, sales, and performance targets.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in an international voice process is mandatory.
Excellent English verbal communication is mandatory.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is preferred.
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and sales skills.
Good problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in the US/night shifts.
Flexible and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
