Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of brazing machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Monitor production processes and adjust parameters as necessary to meet specifications and production goals.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of brazing equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Lead and mentor a team of operators, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
Implement and manage quality control processes to identify and resolve defects in production.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to develop and refine brazing techniques and methodologies.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture within the team.

Pay: ₹14,374.82 - ₹25,000.00 per month
