Experience: Minimum 2–4 Years Preferred

Strong sales and upselling skills
Excellent English communication
Well-groomed and professional personality
Experience in spa or hospitality industry preferred
Ability to handle guest relations and team coordination
Knowledge of spa operations and customer service

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day spa operations
Handle guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve spa sales targets and revenue growth
Supervise therapists and front office team
Maintain service standards and hygiene protocols
Coordinate with hotel management for smooth operations
