Planning Product Launch and orders
Responding to customer web inquiries regarding online orders through English Text communication
Assisting client with product selection
Answering basic question and suggests various products options that are available
Monitoring Order Packaging and Dispatching data
Ensuring customer satisfaction on all delivered orders
