About the Role

We are looking for an Audience Engagement Lead to build and grow audiences across YouTube, Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp communities, and convert event registrations into website traffic and engaged communities.

Key Responsibilities
Drive follower and engagement growth.
Increase website traffic and conversions through social media and third-party platforms.
Manage YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp communities.
Script, shoot and edit short-form videos.
Build and manage communities with a focus on engagement and retention.
Conduct regular webinars and group sessions.
Track and analyze social media performance.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience building an audience for a technical or student-facing Indian brand.




Experience managing a community of 10,000+ with focus on retention and engagement.
Solid technical English copywriting skills.
Valuable anchoring and presentation skills.
Knowledge of social media management and analytical tools.
Hands-on experience with short-form video content.

Preferred Background

Developer communities, technical platforms, hardware companies, or B2B technology event marketing.

Not a Fit

Consumer-brand or agency social media profiles focused mainly on followers or impressions.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
