Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand client requirements and system functionality. The role includes designing and developing multiple software modules, ensuring seamless integration across different client environments. Time is also dedicated to testing the developed components to verify their performance and reliability. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing software to improve functionality and address any issues, contributing to the overall success of client projects through continuous development efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their skilled growth.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex Salesforce environments.
Robust understanding of client-server architecture and asynchronous programming models.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to component performance and user experience.
Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes in Salesforce ecosystems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
