Job Description – Counter Staff & Counter Incharge

Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process billing.
Serve food and beverages as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and dining area.
Handle cash and POS transactions efficiently.
Ensure products are displayed properly and replenish stock when required.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order preparation and delivery.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
For Counter Incharge:



Supervise daily counter operations, monitor staff performance, and ensure smooth shift management.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or above.
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or food service industry is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of POS billing systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
